Make your own mineral water for a healthy New Year.
Start with an elixir to balance your chakras. The following stones can be put directly into your water. As always, one of the best stones for most conditions is Shungite, though it is not one of the chakra stones I use. I also put in Clear Quartz to boost the benefits of the other stones as well as to purify the water just like Shungite. Remember to leave the stones in for at least 3 -6 hours to get the most out of your minerals.
Stones to use: Red Jasper, Carnelian, Citrine, Aventurine, Blue Lace Agate, Sodalite, and Amethyst.
